Dr. Karen Hazell is a board-certified veterinary internal medicine specialist with more than a decade of experience in referral hospitals and five years operating her own mobile consulting service. She has a strong passion for advanced diagnostics, with particular interests in imaging, neurology, and immunology. Karen is dedicated to working through complex medical cases and partners closely with both veterinarians and pet owners to achieve the best possible outcomes for her patients.

Outside of her professional work, Karen is an avid oil painter and an enthusiastic reader. She enjoys spending quality time with her family—her husband Simon, their two children, and their much-loved animals: Hope the Labrador; cats Bruno and Maggie; horses Rosie and Shadow; and a lively collection of marine fish.
